EmpowR Events, Trainings & Programs
EmpowR Transformation events, trainings, and programs vary depending on the season and how we can be most responsive to the needs of the people, communities, and organizations we serve.
In person events and retreats are held at Grandmother Cherry Sanctuary in Plainfield, Vermont. Online programs are offered via Zoom.
You can also cocreate a customized retreat or work with us to design and offer trainings and workshops from any service area for your team, group, or organization.

“The program wasn’t what I expected and also completely blew me away. I think I finally understand what it means to need community in anti-racist work. I appreciated the focus on embodiment and the evolving structure SO much—how powerful. I literally felt in my body what it was like to not seek approval and take accountability for my words and my thoughts and decide for myself what I thought about them.
